speak lessOn my last day at work in my previous job, we went for a team lunch. I had been part of that team for over five years and they all knew me too well. We were more like family. They knew that I am the sort of person who likes to think rather than talk, to listen than speak, especially in a large group. But since it was my last day, they wanted me to speak. And honestly I wanted too because I may not be seeing them again for a long time. To make me comfortable, instead of asking me to speak, they went round the table speaking about what they thought about me.
